Member Service Officer
Young Branch
We’re looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a face-to-face environment and wants to start a career in banking. No prior banking experience is required - full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a positive in-branch experience
- Assist with everyday banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals and payments
- Answer customer questions and explain banking products and services clearly
- Handle cash accurately and balance transactions in line with branch procedures
- Refer customers to specialist team members when needed
- Support customers with digital banking tools and self-service options
- Maintain privacy, security and compliance standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people
- Confident communication and a professional manner
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling information or cash
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- No banking experience required
